Job Description

We are seeking a Marketing Manager - Loyalty to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and growing our loyalty program, Lakeshore Rewards. You will create value to our consumers by evolving and managing new engagement, loyalty and retention programs. As a key member of our Marketing team, you will be accountable for Lakeshore Rewards customer acquisition, engagement and retention strategies for the program and overall sales contribution of the loyalty program. Applicants should have strong leadership skills with the ability to influence teams in a cross-functional environment. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of CRM principles and omnichannel customer experience.

A day on the job looks like this:

Evolve and execute loyalty strategy, developing 360 loyalty marketing plans inclusive of necessary incentives, partnerships and messages to drive purchase frequency and lifetime value

Build out and maintain the customer loyalty lifecycle and communication journey across digital, email and print to drive enrollments, retain existing customers and strengthen the customer base

Generate marketing campaigns (and maintain the annual calendar of campaigns) that reinforce our value proposition across the customer life cycle to reduce customer churn, increase loyalty and improve the customer experience

Develop a deep understanding of the Lakeshore brand and business goals and apply them to loyalty marketing tactics

Oversee the growth and development of the Loyalty Marketing Coordinator

Collaborate with cross-functional business partners to facilitate development and delivery of loyalty strategies and marketing activities; ensure alignment with brand equity and voice

Develop program KPIs; partner with Analytics team to deliver dashboards to track performance and make data-based decisions

Manage projects related to implementing new loyalty program features, ensuring timely delivery and utilizing knowledge of loyalty program management software

Lead the development of creative assets and messaging; act as brand steward for Lakeshore Rewards

Expertly navigate the Session M loyalty platform and flawlessly execute campaign setups, provide programmatic updates and troubleshoot any issues that arise

Develop presentations for the senior leadership team that explain performance, growth initiatives, how they will be executed and their forecasted impact to the business

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field required; master’s degree preferred

5+ years of experience in one or more loyalty-related disciplines (marketing, customer service, consumer insights, CRM or sales management) with 3+ years of loyalty program experience

Session M experience a plus

Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience a plus

Adobe Analytics experience a plus

Demonstrated ability to interpret customer data and research into insights that lead to business actions

Strong project management skills demonstrated by developing, leading and delivering complex, multichannel projects in a fast-paced environment

Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy of data

Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written; ability to translate complex analytic data and business challenges into simple marketing strategy stories

Salary: $100,000-$120,000 with an annual bonus of up to 15%
