Position Summary: RVW Wealth is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Life Insurance Administrator/Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team in our Century City, CA or Memphis, TN office. This role is integral to the overall function of our firm, ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service and support in their insurance and overall financial planning needs.

Key Responsibilities: Administer all aspects of life insurance policies including application processing, policy changes, and claim management Provide exceptional client service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to life insurance policies Assist in day-to-day operations of the firm, including client record management, data entry, and administrative support Collaborate with advisors to prepare client reports, presentations, and documentations Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies Support the firm’s overall mission of financial stewardship through efficient and effective operational practices

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred Experience in an insurance agency or client services field strongly preferred Strong understanding of, of willingness to learn, life insurance products, policies, and procedures Excellent organizational and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems Ability to work independently within an office environment while being a valuable team player
