Recycling over 500,000 tons of materials each year, creating cleaner communities, reducing air and water pollution, conserving landfill space and extending our natural resources. Stanton, CA (no remote) What you'll be doing: Answer a high-volume of incoming calls forms residential and/or business customers regarding their waste and recycling service Provide exceptional customer service in a professional, positive and efficient manner Handle complaints/concerns Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Your strengths and experience may include: Must have at least 2 years of call center experience, preferably in an inbound customer service department Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Experience with industry knowledge to understand concept, practices and procedures High volume call center experience Able to work with KPI's Must have a professional demeanor Intermediate to advanced level with Microsoft Software Bilingual Spanish is a plus
