Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze current production processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.

  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to streamline operations, reduce waste, and increase productivity.

  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth integration of optimized processes.

  • Monitor the impact of implemented changes, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.

  • Lead or support the adoption of new technologies, equipment, and methodologies to improve production efficiency.

Documentation:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation of all production processes, changes, and improvements.

  • Create detailed reports on process performance, including key metrics, areas of concern, and potential solutions.

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including quality control, maintenance, and safety, to ensure that process improvements align with overall company goals.

  • Act as a liaison between the engineering team and production staff, ensuring smooth communication and implementation of process changes.

  • Regularly present findings and recommendations to management, providing data-driven insights for decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering preferred.

  • Proficient in process mapping, workflow analysis, and Lean manufacturing principles.
