Security Agent/Officer

Position: Overnight Security Officer
Location: Embassy Suites Lombard
Employment Type: Part-time
Salary: $18 per hour

Overview:
Embassy Suites Lombard is seeking a reliable and vigilant individual to join our team as an Overnight Security Officer. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of our guests, employees, and property during the overnight hours.

Responsibilities:

Patrol designated areas of the hotel premises on foot to ensure security and safety
Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to detect and prevent any suspicious activities or security breaches
Respond promptly and effectively to all security incidents, including disturbances, accidents, and medical emergencies
Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify and address any security risks or hazards
Enforce hotel policies and procedures to maintain order and ensure compliance with safety regulations
Assist guests and employees with any security-related concerns or inquiries
Complete accurate and detailed incident reports for all security-related incidents

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field preferred
Excellent observational and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
