WCS Healthcare is currently seeking a Nurse for a long-term care opportunity in Niagara Falls.
Job Function:
- Evening Shift
- 5x8, 2:30pm-10:30pm
- Provides professional nursing care to assigned patients in a nursing home environment.
- Records patient histories, performs various diagnostic tests, administers medications, and develops patient care plans in conjunction with other medical professionals.
- Assists physicians during examinations and procedures, operating and monitoring medical equipment as necessary.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current New York State LPN license (or willingness to obtain)
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- 1-2 years of acute care experience in this specialty
- SIGMA experience preferred
