Want to become an Early Preschool Early Educator (2-3 years olds)? ?
Being able to sing in tune is not necessary, but the ability to sing out of tune in front of a crowd is “essential”. Other must-have skills include the ability to rapidly count the heads of numerous moving small people and to remember the names of many children, their pets, and special soft toys. The successful applicant must be comfortable entering public places on the way home from work with “unknown substances” on their clothing. Educators must have a warm, smiling face that makes every child feel special, the ability to distribute warm hugs as required. Finally, you must be prepared to feel loved, feel special, and important to many. young children and their families. There is simply no other job like Early Preschool Early Educator (2-3 years olds).
Duties
Implement an emergent nature-based curriculum in a team setting
Lead children to natural discoveries
Be willing to get messy and silly
Requirements
Minimum High School Diploma, some college or Bachelor's Degree
Love for the outdoors

Benefits
Willing to pay a much higher salary if you are licensed in Early Education
$500 sign-on bonus after 6 months of employment *must mention bonus at the time of hire*
Set schedule (ie, M-F 7:15 - 4:45 pm) w/ possible attendance incentives for a ½ day off each week
Salary Range $33,000-$37,000
