Seeking a Water Treatment Service Technician

  • Annual Salary: $42,000 to $65,000

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Water Treatment Service Technician. While water treatment experience is a plus, it is not required as comprehensive training will be provided. The primary responsibility of this role is to travel to our customers' residences and service their water treatment equipment.

Responsibilities:

  • Travel to customer locations to inspect, troubleshoot, and service water treatment systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various types of water treatment equipment.
  • Educate customers on the proper use and maintenance of their systems.
  • Document service activities, including findings and recommendations, accurately and promptly.
  • Deliver salt for water treatment systems.
  • Changing filters on residential water treatment systems.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • A valid driver's license. (REQUIRED)

Compensation:

  • Starting pay: $20 to $30 per hour, commensurate with experience.
  • Commission structure in addition to base pay.
