Engine Power, Inc . has a Warehouse Team Lead  position available that reports to the Manager of logistics and Warehousing.

The Warehouse Team Lead will oversee and lead the receiving, handling, storing, picking, packing, and shipping activities within the warehouse, ensuring quality standards are met. Working alongside the warehouse team to complete steps within warehouse/shipping and ensure company compliance with the process to maintain on-time and accurate outgoing/incoming shipments. Some expectations of this position include:
  • Ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency, with customer satisfaction being the primary goal, by leading, supervising, organizing, and training warehouse team members.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures in compliance with legal regulations.
  • Serve as a “go-to” resource for tasks, processes, and business-related questions. Perform and understand all warehouse duties and positions as needed.
  • Responsible for inventory accuracy.
  • Fosters a positive work environment, and champions EPI’s mission and values.
  • Assists with hiring, promotion, discipline, and termination of Team Members.
  • Assists with preparing and delivering performance evaluations. 
Education & Training
  • High school diploma or equivalent GED from an accredited educational institution. 
  • Hazmat certification is a plus. 
  • Experience with Microsoft Office is required.  Working knowledge of an ERP system is a plus. 
Work Experience Requirements
  • 3 years of leadership experience in a production environment preferred with exposure to various manufacturing processes.
  • 2 years of knowledge of shipping/receiving processes.
  • Forklift experience is required.
Travel Requirements
  • Infrequent travel.
