We are in need of a hybrid Parts Counter/Parts Driver at our Ewald Chevrolet in Oconomowoc. Under the direction of the Parts Manager, the Parts Counter/Parts Driver will own the job duties listed below:

Responsibilities

  • Assists all customers in selecting required parts in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answers phone calls, providing price quotes and other information
  • Pulls and fills orders from stock
  • Follows up on back-ordered parts
  • Replenishes assigned inventory daily
  • Makes sure all internal requests for parts are billed on service order
  • Issues and tracks requested shop tools to technicians
  • Picks up and delivers parts and equipment to customers, satellite stores, wholesale accounts, and vendors
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • No experience required!
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
  • Detail-Oriented
  • Focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
  • Excellent communication skills

Compensation: $16-$18/hour based on experience
