Partner with faculty and subject matter experts (SMEs), using core instructional design principles and theories, to design and develop accessible learning materials and courses. Create and c
onduct faculty training/workshops, and continuous course improvement with an emphasis on eAccessibility. Provide
support
and training to faculty and staff in developing accessible digital and electronic learning materials. Evaluate and recommend the use of instructional technologies and tools that enhance learning, accessibility, and usability. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of instructional materials, training and workshops and revise based on feedback and data. Maintain up to date knowledge of accessibility standards, and state and federal laws. Work as part of a team to manage online course
