Description:

This individual is responsible for providing and coordinating training and support using online platforms. The right candidate must possess strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills; learn new applications independently; and work well on a team.

Key Responsibilities Include: Deliver training via webinar platform for standard firm applications and new hire technology orientation Educate users to advance their knowledge of firm applications Improve the effectiveness of first and second level support resources through eLearning Monitor efficacy and relevance of current training materials to end users Special projects and duties as assigned

Qualifications: Proven experience in designing multiple training events in a corporate setting Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and learning principles Proven ability to master the full training cycle Adequate knowledge of learning management software Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques Familiarity with talent management and succession planning Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office - MS Office Certification is preferred

Minimum Education: BS degree in Education, Training, HR or related field
