Assignment Information: DHS/LAC County- Olive View UCLA Medical Center is currently in need of Licensed Vocational
Nurses with a minimum of one (1) year of inpatient Pediatric-Infant Medical Surgical experience responsible for providing
care to ambulatory and non-ambulatory adolescent, pediatric and high-risk infant patients suffering from various short-term
acute surgical problems to chronic long-term illnesses. The Pediatric-Infant Medical-Surgical Specialty Clinic is a fast paced,
multi-provider specialty clinic with patient acuity range from the acutely ill requiring immediate care to the chronically ill
requiring long-term follow up. Preferences include Spanish speaking and experience with immunizations.
Required certifications include active Licensed Vocational Nurse license, AHA BLS, MAB or CPI, LA City Fire and Life
Safety card (must be LA City), and proof of full COVID and seasonal Flu Vaccinations. LVN will float within the assigned
Facility; and/or from a Facility to another Facility as needed; and/or be scheduled to a Workweek assignment between
Facilities as needed.
