Our in-house agency is currently looking for an experienced Visual Designer who will help create innovative designs forMathWorks' Trade Shows, EXPOs, Conferences, and other Marketing Communication materials.</p><p>MathWorks nurtures growth, appreciates diversity, encourages initiative, values teamwork, shares success, and rewards excellence.</p><br> Responsibilities <br><p><strong>Role & Responsibilities:</strong></p> <br /> <ul> <br /> <li>Develop strategically driven, brand focused, visual design solutions for North American and International Trade Shows, EXPOs, Conferences, Research Conferences, Advisory Boards, etc.</li> <br /> <li>Work on an Agile team to coordinate strategic planning and execute on deliverables that support events</li> <br /> <li>Collaborate with the creative director and visual design team to build a strong brand identity for MathWorks</li> <br /> <li>Educate third party vendors on the use of event deliverables and review the assets they produce.</li> <br /> <li>Translate business partner needs into smart, measurable creative strategies that differentiates MathWorks and enhances the customer experience</li> <br /> <li>Build strong, collaborative business partnerships with key clients, colleagues, and vendors across the globe.</li> <br /> <li>Establish design languages across events that reinforce the MathWorks brand</li> <br /> <li>Create associated templates and guidelines for online and offline deliverables</li> <br /> <li>Understand and utilize brand standards, project tracking applications, and digital asset management systems</li> <br /> <li>Manage projects from start to finish</li> <br /> <li>Have a strong awareness of design trends and innovations in related fields and continually consider how they influence our work</li> <br /> </ul><br> Qualifications <br><ul> <br /> <li>Proficiency in Adobe creative suite and Microsoft Office products</li> <br /> </ul> <br /> <ul> <br /> <li>Strong project management and organizational abilities</li> <br /> <li>Comfortable working directly with business owners</li> <br /> <li>Minimum of five years' experience in design</li> <br /> <li>Events and experiential design capabilities are a big plus</li> <br /> <li>Experience working with brand guidelines and specifications</li> <br /> <li>Strong communication skills and an eye for detail</li> <br /> </ul><br> Required Qualifications <br><ul><li id="rq-display-li-6-3-F--J-I-G">A bachelor's degree and 6 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree and 3 years of professional work experience, or equivalent experience) is required.</li> <br /> </ul>The MathWorks, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
