Education
Graduate of or currently enrolled in an allied health program is required.
Associates degree in allied health, applied science or completion of certificate/training program is preferred.
Experience
Experience in ultrasound/sonography preferred.
Certifications, Licenses and Registrations
Certification as a Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) from the American Registry of Diagnostic Sonographers (ARDMS) or a Registered Vascular Specialist (RVS) from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) is required. OR must be eligible to sit for the RVT or RVS exam AND must obtain registry within 6 months of hire.
Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
