Value Stream Leader (**)

Responsible for strategy deployment alignment and ensuring cross-functional alignment to achieve company goals. Facilitate flow and value to our customers. Accountable for the full lifecycle of products and services from inception through completion, including order capture, development, produce to deliver, and long-term strategic business plans. Manage the product lifecycle, cost, schedule, performance, and on-time delivery need to add and quality of products. Serve as the face of the organization to clients and customers. Responsible for profit and loss for a specified value stream or group of value streams within a business segment or portfolio. Lead Milacron VS supporting equipment products in a matrixed organization. Manage change or non-complex new functionality on various cross-functional areas. Responsible for the quality of incoming products and materials (suppliers) to the delivery of finished product to the customer within the value stream. Engage with multiple customers / potential customers for various product lines and services, with moderate material impact to the enterprise. Lead decision making for the VS. Provide inputs to the strategic plan for their specific project and has influence on the SMP. Drive the production schedule, capacity, and staff across all shifts of the VS. Establish appropriate reports/metrics, analyzing data and reporting on outcomes to team and plant manager on the VS. Ensure all operations are performed safely, and engage team to drive safety improvements. Establish long & short-term goals with relevant metrics to drive increased performance of the VS. Identify talent needs; coach and develop current talent. Identify and execute on Continuous Improvement (CI) & Lean Manufacturing initiatives within the Value Stream. Create opportunities for constructive engagement from all members of the team. Manage entire lifecycle of products and services for a client / customer. 40 hours/week, 9:00am-5:00pm Six (6) years of experience as an Engineer or a related occupation with manufacturing experience.
