We are looking for a motivated Strategic Account Manager to enhance our customer relationship team. Duties of the Strategic Account Manager include evolving and building BTB's customer network to meet the needs of our carriers. The ideal candidate should be Tech-savvy, ambitious and forward-thinking. If you have previous experience in sales, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, a successful Strategic Account Manager grow our current customer base in collaboration with the carrier sales team.

The responsibilities of this role include

  • Source new companies and introduce them to BTB Logistics
  • Perform sales techniques in an effort to source customers to fill our carriers needs.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales reports
  • Grow your book of business with repeat customers handling repeat loads
  • Operate in an open-communication environment with your team

Skills that our newest team member should have

  • Hands on experience with MS Excel and general computer use
  • Comfortable with engaging in the sales process
  • Excellent interpersonal and team building skills
  • A willingness to be a difference maker in the office.
  • Prior experience is a plus, but not needed.
