We are looking to staff a Validation Engineer to support projects at our client in the Greater Los Angeles Area. The Validation Engineer will provide validation services supporting qualification activities associated with chambers, biosafety cabinets, utilities, and QC laboratory systems including PCR systems (thermocyclers, spectrophotometers) and cell counters including document generation and revision. Computerized systems software validation including MCS. Will also provide periodic review and decommissioning services.
Responsibilities:

Generation of protocols, summary reports, protocol exceptions and CAPAs

Support scheduling and execution of qualification activities

Qualification data collection and analysis against acceptance criteria

Documentation updates (SOP's, Forms, etc.)

Conduct of Periodic Reviews and Decommissioning of equipment and systems
Qualifications:
-
BS or MS degree in engineering or science
-
4+ years of relevant industry experience
-
Relevant technical expertise in cGMP operations

Experience with chambers, utilities, MCS systems, laboratory instruments and systems

Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills

Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, i.e. Word, Excel, Visio / Project Management Software
SALARY RANGE FOR THIS ROLE IS $100,000 - $135,000 ANNUALLY FOR A W2 EMPLOYEE
