<b>Location: </b> Malvern, PA<br> <b>Description: </b> Our client is seeking a User Experience Strategy Contractor for their PACE UX team within the IIG B2B CX group. In this role, you will collaborate with various teams across IIG APCE CX to define strategy, design direction, architecture, development, and content areas to align with both user and business needs.<br> <br> <b>This job will have the following responsibilities:</b> <ul> <li>Develop UX Interface Architecture Strategies: Lead program-level initiatives to achieve business and marketing goals through research, conceptualization, visual design, and information architecture to resolve complex issues.</li> <li>Cross-Divisional Coordination: Work with teams to deliver strategy, prototypes, and documentation aimed at enhancing user experience. Present and recommend solutions to senior leaders, internal partners, and stakeholders.</li> <li>Research Partnership: Collaborate on the latest technology and devices, including programming languages, network infrastructure, processes, web, and mobile application development, to create efficient interactive solutions.</li> <li>Continuous Improvement: Utilize qualitative and quantitative analysis to continually improve user experience. Analyze data and user feedback to make critical design decisions.</li> <li>Requirement Definition: Partner with product and journey owners to define user and business requirements, and collaborate with the development team through execution.</li> <li>Creative Problem Solving: Demonstrate initiative and creativity in identifying and addressing client and partner needs, developing and executing innovative solutions.</li> <b>Specialization:</b> <br> <ul> <li>AI Experience: Experience in AI is highly valued and will significantly impact your success in this role.</li></ul> </ul> <b>Qualifications & Requirements:</b> <ul> <li>Stakeholder Management: Proven experience managing multiple stakeholders effectively.</li> <li>Adaptability: High comfort level with ambiguity and changing environments.</li> <li>Experience: Minimum of five years of related work experience, including at least two years in User Experience or User Interface roles.</li> <li>Education: Undergraduate degree in a creative or technical field or equivalent combination of training and experience.
