Professional Solutions Delivered, LLC (ProSoDel) is a total solutions provider for government and commercial customers in the areas of Program Management, Logistics and Information Technology Support Services. We are currently seeking a ServiceNow Application Developer to join our team of professionals in support of the Department of Veterans Affairs.
Essential Duties & Job Functions:
  • Actively participates and materially contributes to the technical aspects of defining, documenting, and implementing development best practices (standards, processes and procedures).
  • Actively participates in JAD (Joint Application Design) sessions to collect, document and validate end-user data, application and report requirements.
  • Collaborates with teammates to support both legacy and new applications and instructs users with correct application usage.
  • Engages in all aspects of the applications development life cycle - Discover, Define, Design, Development and deploy applications in support of the priorities of the organization.
  • Maintains knowledge of new, development techniques and/or technologies and their application within the healthcare sector.
  • Participates effectively as part of on-call rotation with teammates.
  • Participates effectively in formal and informal team events and discussions.
  • Proactively suggests considerations for optimal application testing and actively participates in such validation and testing methodologies.

Job Requirements (Education, Experience, Professional Associations)
  • United States Citizen
  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree with 6 years’ experience in relevant field, or
    • Associate's degree with 10 years' experience in relevant field, or
    • High school diploma with 16 years' experience in relevant field.
  • Clearance: T4 Secret Clearance
  • 5 years professional experience in software development life cycle.
  • Must possess a current ServiceNow Platform development-based certification
  • Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow platform capabilities in a client environment
  • Demonstrated experience with the ServiceNow Business Rules and the scripting aspects of the ServiceNow Platform
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable/working transportation
