Alliance Solutions Group has a client located in Davenport, IA who is looking for a Pharmacist with community-based experience to work in a retail setting. Pharmacist Responsibilities:

Responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance with Federal and State pharmacy laws and regulations.
Understanding compliance and safety protocols by adhering to Company Standard Practices.
Perform immunizations according to Company’s Standard Practice and expectations.
Ensure that all pharmacy department personnel provide outstanding customer service.
Occasional assisting in the development, training, and management of pharmacy technicians.

Pharmacist Requirements:

Degree from an accredited school of pharmacy.
Successful completion of criminal background check and drug testing as required.
Current license is in good standing.
Complete knowledge of State and Federal laws pertaining to pharmacy practices.
Desire to be a motivated caring professional with strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers, associates, other health care professionals, and the community at large.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule
Ability to handle multiple priorities and provide direction to associates.
High levels of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Authorization to fill Medicare and Medicaid prescriptions.

4 x 10 hour shifts / flexible schedule
Monday to Friday
One Weekend Per Month
On Call rotating schedule

Education:

Doctorate (Preferred)

License/Certification:
