What You'll Do:

As a Full- Cycle Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our team by attracting top-tier talent across various digital marketing divisions. You will be responsible for building and cultivating talent pipelines for our hiring needs and will be instrumental in our ability to continue to scale our business. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and a self-driven, competitive edge. In this role, reporting to the Head of People Operations, you will use both practical and creative ways to surface talent, actively sourcing top talent for our rapidly growing Digital Marketing team. You will be responsible for talent attraction, sourcing and recruitment of various Activation, Data, and Technology roles (Paid Search/Paid Social Marketing, Programmatic Media Buyers, Programmatic Display Marketing, AdOps and Media Planners, Marketing, Data Science & Engineering, among others).

Primary responsibilities:

Utilize a variety of sourcing methods including job boards, social media (Linkedin), networking, and referrals to identify qualified candidates Screen resumes and applications to assess candidate's qualifications, skills, and experience Focus primarily for Digital Advertising, Data, and Technology roles (Media Buyer, Programmatic, Paid Search/Paid Social, etc.) and, while the bulk of the recruiting will be for the US, there might be an occasional need to support our recruiters in our EMEA locations as well as sourcing globally for contractors in various markets. Build strong relationships with hiring managers and executive leadership to understand their team's business objectives and recruitment needs Prepare regular reports and updates for hiring managers/stakeholders on recruitment activities, progress, outcomes, and continued strategy Ensure a positive candidate experience by delivering clear expectations, timely feedback, kindness and humility to every applicant who interviews with us What You Bring:

5+ years of proven experience as a full cycle recruiter, preferably within the marketing, advertising, or creative ad industries At least 1+ year of experience working in a high volume staffing agency Excellent track record of using creative, as well as standard methods, to source, attract, and engage with qualified candidates for specific niche roles within the marketing/technology industry Knowledge of current market trends in Media hiring by US metro region, knowledge of international markets a plus Well-versed behavioral interview acumen Strong TA process ownership skills including interview skills and negotiating offers Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and other recruitment tools Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to assess candidates' qualifications effectively A flexible mindset that is energized, not frustrated, by the messiness common to rapidly growing organizations What DELVE Offers:

In Colorado, the salary range for this position is $80,000-$110,000, plus bonus potential tied to individual and company performance, and is based on prior experience and qualifications.
