The Offer Management team is a product management organization that productizes and monetizes the Customer Success Group s capabilities to help customers realize business value from their Salesforce technology investment. The Digital Customer Success (DCS) team within Offer Management organization, drives customer success through personalized self-service experiences that empower customers to adopt our products and realize business outcomes. This is accomplished through learning and self-help experience platforms including Trailhead, Trailhead Academy Learning, Salesforce Help, Salesforce Credentials and others. We meet customers where they are, and deliver onboarding, education, and issue-resolution content to the right customer, at the right time. We re the gateway to assisted resource(s), enabling customers to easily connect to the right team when needed.

Do you want to join a world-class, learning and success technology team leading a learning product portfolio? Salesforce is looking for a smart, creative, and experienced Sr. Director of learning technologies to join our Learning Technology team as a head of learning products and programs, leading and delivering unified learning experiences and capabilities to enable our customer s product expertise.

Build Relationships for Customer Success: You are the business relationship owner, chief technologist and customer success champion for customer enablement and expertise. You partner in strategic vision and goals, advise on and define technology long-range plans (LRP s) aligned with business success plans and support our business partners in achieving those goals with the help of technology initiatives.

Drive Strategic Alignment: You bring your depth and breadth of learning technology leadership experience in action and partner with all Salesforce learning and credentialing teams and help define vision and execution plan for unified learning and credential experience for our Trailblazers, Customers and Partners. Harmonize the product capabilities roadmap with all key stakeholders for strategic Long Range Plan (LRP) as well as tactical priorities.

Extend Foundational Learning Platform: Drive and build technology roadmap for long term learning unification strategy with the help of architects and technical leads. You have a product management and architect mindset and use your technology background and expertise and partner with other (internal and external) product and technology leaders and team members to deliver on the vision and build unified Enterprise learning experience for our external enablement needs.

Advise and Consult: Play a role of learning industry expert and technologist who has vast industry experience in these domains as business and technology leader and who is a great advisor and consultant for the business. You are someone who has both led the implementation of these platforms and have been part of many successful journeys to bringing such platforms to life.

Innovation Mindset: You know the latest trends and products in the customer education industry and have in-depth hands-on experience of every aspect of these platforms and functionalities. You have an AI Innovation Mindset and have a great understanding and POV on how to build innovative and creative experiences for our external customers. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in artificial intelligence, coupled with excellent communication skills and a passion for educating others.

Centralize Agile Governance : With business stakeholders priorities and values at the center, provide a centralized and comprehensive foundation for business decision-making, prioritizing right capabilities at the right time, and governance based execution to maintain best and trusted trailblazer, customer and partner experience of our global audiences.

Champion Unification, Simplicity and Easy: Salesforce today delivers multiple disconnected learning experiences to our trailblazers, customers and partners. There are multiple learning teams, learning platforms and complex operational processes. You will help drive the unification charter to bring it together and simplify it for our users and operational teams and make it easy to do learn and do business. Increase technology Infrastructure Scalability & ROI: Prioritize and focus on strategic priorities for business growth and scalability. Deliver high ROI with effective planning, execution and time to market of business capabilities aligning with high growth needs of the business.

An ideal candidate will have ..

A proven track record of achieving great results through solid understanding of enterprise learning and credentialing business and complete end to end customer lifecycle.

BS/BA Degree in Information Technology or equivalent industry experience.

15+ years of experience in technology leadership roles managing large teams and learning software implementation/development projects, from building teams to RFP process to Going-Live

In-depth experience of Agile Development or Scrum Project Management methodologies.

Knowledge of Salesforce product portfolio

Strong management of business partnerships with key stakeholders and vendors

Proven track record of instituting new business processes to ensure consistent, predictable service for stakeholders.

Strategic thinker that can see the big picture, innovate and adapt to constant change

Ability to work with geographically dispersed teams, extended teams and command respect

Customer-focused; Know how to balance your "get it done" attitude with diplomacy to be able to work effectively across different teams and at all levels with interpersonal skills and relationship building

Ability to hire, coach and retain top talent

Deep budget management skills, including managing a multi-million dollar budget.

Passion for user experience and trust (compliance, governance, privacy, security).

A strong sense of vision and ability to drive next gen approach for learning and credentialing technology stack

Excellent oral, written and presentation skills, confident communicator with a flair for storytelling

Ability to work under pressure, highly adaptable and well organized; Ability to shift directions quickly when priorities change
