In this role, you'll become more than just a manager-you'll be a mentor, advocate, and friend to the incredible individuals who call our residential habilitation house in Moscow, ID. You will play a vital part in creating a supportive environment where residents can thrive, feel empowered, and live their lives to the fullest.
Your role will include:

• Overseeing staff, guiding them in delivering excellent care, and ensuring every resident feels valued and heard.
• Scheduling and training staff, instilling the importance of empathy, patience, and kindness in daily tasks.
• Supporting residents in living as independently as possible, giving them the freedom of choice and the opportunity to experience life with purpose and joy.

We are looking for someone who is not just a manager, but a compassionate individual who can embrace each resident's unique journey and help guide them with care and understanding.
What we need from you:
This position demands strong leadership abilities and a solid foundation of previous knowledge in the field, applicants must meet the following requirements to be considered for an interview:

• At least 2 years of experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities.
• 1 year of demonstrated leadership, where you've shown the ability to inspire and uplift others.
