RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Maintain client records and update information as needed.
• Assist with customer retention strategies.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Recognize customer needs for potential sales opportunities

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
• Currently licensed for Property & Casualty in Indiana (preferred)
