At Spencer Dental & Braces - a Benevis company, we're dedicated to making a positive impact on our communities through quality dental care. As a Traveling Associate Dentist, you'll play a vital role in helping us achieve this mission.

Responsibilities
  • Provide dental services to patients with the support of your team.
  • Adhere to government regulations, company standards, and compliance programs.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Our Practice
  • We utilize DentaPro software for efficient patient care.
  • Our offices are equipped with digital x-ray and Panorex units, fiber-optic handpieces, and yearly training on OSHA, HIPPA, and Emergency Management.
  • We maintain a ratio of 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider.
  • Our patient base consists of primarily ages 3-21, with up to 30% adult population.
  • Our office flow averages 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients.
  • We accept state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payors.
Qualifications
  • DDS/DMD from a Commission on Dental Accreditation-accredited program.
  • Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure.
  • Other certifications as required, including CPR, DEA, and Nitrous Oxide.
  • Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults.
What We Offer
  • Guaranteed base pay in excess of $200,000 with uncapped earning potential.
  • Attractive sign-on bonus of $100,000.
  • No lab fees.
