Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The LPN will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). This role involves administering medications, monitoring patient conditions, assisting with daily living activities, and maintaining accurate patient records. Responsibilities
- Monitor patients' conditions, including vital signs, and report any changes to the RN.
- Administer medications as prescribed, following proper procedures and documentation.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
- Collect and prepare specimens for laboratory testing.
- Provide wound care and dressing changes as directed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families about disease prevention and management.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
- Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
- Current and valid LPN license in the state of [State].
