My client is a premier Civil Contractor in the DFW metroplex with an excellent reputation. They are seeking a Civil Project Manager due to a backlog of projects through 2026. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the heavy highway or roadway construction space
Job Description

• Work directly with project managemnent team and field crews to oversee project from conception to completion
• Lead all daily field operations to ensure proper site safety, construction, progress, quality control and a clean site
• Plan and coordinate all daily activities at the job site
• Enforce OSHA compliance
• Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure quality
• Maintain complete and organized records of the job site
• Manage efficient & timely project close-out including punch list completion, as-built review.

The Successful Applicant

• 5+ years of Project Manager experience within the civil construction space
• Experience with BlueBeam, ProCore, P6 or other Project Management software preferred but not required
• Experience running projects $25M and up
• Must have heavy civil highway or roadway experience
• Self-Perform Project Experience is also a must
