We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, support medical staff, and ensure that patients receive the best possible treatment in a safe and nurturing environment. This role requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to patient advocacy.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients' health conditions and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes in their condition.
- Provide ostomy care and pain management as needed.
- Assist with diagnostic evaluations, including sonography and critical care procedures.
- Perform airway management and ensure aseptic techniques are followed during procedures.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care effectively.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Strong clinical skills in critical care, and pain management, are preferred.
- Experience with diagnostic evaluations and coding is a plus.
- Proficient in ventilating techniques and airway management practices.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to best practices in nursing care.
