Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of ABA principles, techniques, and interventions, and demonstrate excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. This role involves providing direct ABA services, supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on ABA principles.
  • Implement ABA interventions and monitor client progress.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, session notes, and other required reports.
  • Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other staff members.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support client success.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) and current state licensure.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience providing ABA services, preferably in home and clinic settings.
  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles, techniques, and interventions.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
