Our growing financial firm in Harrisburg, PA is seeking to add an Office Administrator to our team! Candidate must exhibit exceptional time management skills, attention to detail, accept direction, be customer service oriented, and skilled with technology.

Job Description:

The purpose of this position is to ensure smooth day-to-day operations for the advisors while providing superior customer service to existing clients and prospects. Position requires employee to perform industry specific tasks such as account servicing tasks including withdrawals, CRM management, and other responsibilities include development of positive client relationships and compliance support.

Minimum Requirements:

  • HS Diploma
  • Minimum 2+ years working in an office/client service environment, preferably in financial services
  • Strong technology skills, highly proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel and the ability to learn new software quickly
  • Willing to obtain and maintain PA health & life insurance license

Responsibilities:

This Office Administrator will be expected to have consistent follow-through with all efforts, build relationships with prospects and clients, and help the advisor prepare for and follow-up on appointments. Other daily, weekly, and monthly tasks may include:

  • Greet & entertain clients and prospects prior to advisors appointment
  • Receive incoming calls in a friendly, warm manner
  • Daily CRM management
  • Manage multiple advisors calendar and make daily appointment confirmation calls
  • Complete and process simple client servicing tasks
  • Plan, coordinate, and attend educational workshops and follow up with seminar attendees
  • General office tasks and daily prep by making sure supplies are fully stocked
  • Gather lunch orders and pick up lunch daily, fuel reimbursement provided.
  • Assist the advisors in sending out daily correspondence
  • Scanning of client documents/data
  • Previous experience in a sales environment preferred
