What Youll Actually Be Doing:

Youll be the mastermind behind the complete execution of heavy highway and civil projectsboth public and private. That means managing teams, wrangling subcontractors, and keeping the owners happy. Your responsibilities will include everything from pre-construction to project set-up, cost control, scheduling, and full P&L responsibility. What Were Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in civil construction (bonus points if youve been doing this since the dawn of time).
• A BS Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or the equivalent life experience of managing chaos.
• Proven experience in managing projects from start to finishif youve seen a project through from cradle to grave, we want to hear about it.
• Experience with self-perform forces in mass excavation, underground utilities, paving, and structuresif youve done it all, youre our kind of person.
