Support our sales team and office operations as we continue to grow as North America's top distributor of shipping, industrial and packaging materials. It's an exciting time to join Uline!

Hours: Monday - Friday: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

Position Responsibilities

• Manage Uline's Burlington sales office operations.

• Prepare daily reports and documentation for the sales team.

• Develop and manage an administrative staff.

• Act as liaison between Uline and outside vendors and customers through phone and email communication to support the sales team in building market share.

• Help manage facility conditions by conducting regular building audits and ordering office supplies as needed.

• Handle office timekeeping and payroll functions.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.

• 5+ years of Office Administration / Management experience.

• Experience with Microsoft Office.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
