The CNA will be responsible for providing direct patient care; provision of ADL and hygiene, passing water, changing linens, feeding patients when required, checking of vital signs, weight and height checks, etc. This position will also assist in patient admission process, answer call lights and monitor patients.

Experience/Qualifications
- Completion of an approved nursing assistant program and current inclusion in the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry OR
- Current Wisconsin Licensed Practical Nursing licensure
- Current CPR Certification or obtained within 90 days of hire
- Knowledge of Medical Terminology
- Previous experience working with a variety of age groups preferred
