Your role: Manages onsite IS staff and works closely with facility leadership to provide solutions for improving efficiency and reducing costs in a dynamic environment. Ensures optimal performance for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems with focus on Warehouse and Transportation Management Systems (WMS/TMS) including Material Handling and Warehouse Controls Systems (MHS/WCS); implements, evaluates, and designs ERP systems and applications; troubleshoots ERP-related issues and monitors ERP systems security; installs new releases, system upgrades and patches, as required. Daily tasks to include but not limited to:

Subject matter expert on projects including documentation, design, training, and testing.


Perform functional testing on vendor developed code against functional specification and business requirements documents

Provide 3rd level support of applications supported by the team


Provide reporting on activities of importance to leadership

Maintain information systems by planning, monitoring, and coordinating associates


Offer coaching, leadership, and training to manage staff performance

  • Act as Project Manager for small to medium application development projects, enhancements, and implementations

    Coordinate with other IS teams on projects What you bring to the role:


    Seasoned professional individual comfortable managing and leading a team.
  • 4 year degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related Science and Math disciplines with an IT emphasis is required. *

    Minimum 10 years functional experience including a minimum of 5 years specific to management experience supervising individual contributors.
  • Hands on knowledge of UNIX, Oracle, SQL is required
  • Experience with various release management tools and processes
  • Experience with SOX and other compliance/audit requirements related to IT/app dev *

    Advanced experience in managing projects/processes.
  • Experience in troubleshooting software applications incidents/defects is required

    Strong Communication and collaboration skills


    Experience in providing solutions to a variety of complex technical and business matters.

    Incumbents provide a leadership role for the work group through knowledge in his/her area of specialization.
