Wires/MTS Application Deployment & Integration Analyst (Hybr at UMB Bank in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description The Payments - Wires Support Team provides management, support and maintenance of the 'Wires' ecosystem including domestic and international wire transfers. The team ensures the applications and associated systems, and processes are performing efficiently to avoid business disruption. As a Wires/MTS Application Deployment & Integration Analyst, you will be involved in the deployment and maintenance of our Wires applications that are integrated with core banking systems and the enterprise service bus. You will also be supporting testing efforts involving installation and upgrade of these applications. This is a subset of the overall responsibilities which involves other multiple initiatives as assigned by IT leadership. This role is hybrid (2 days on-site) for candidates in Kansas City area and open to qualified remote candidates outside of Kansas City area. How you'll spend your time: + Lead and drive solution recommendations using gap analyses across multiple technology options. Perform installation/upgrades of assigned applications, specifically the ACI/MTS Wires system + Involved in scope, estimate, design, configure, analyze, maintain, troubleshoot, and test technical and non-technical solutions required to satisfy clients' needs. + Coordinate with the vendor on development tasks which will involve extraction and transfer of data, performing all associated transformations, validations, cleansing, and preparation of data for load into applicable systems. + Interact with vendor team to resolve technical issues and serve as the technical subject matter expert for UMB's wire ecosystem. + Maintain strong relationships with other teams within the technology organization to partner and collaborate during problem resolutions. + Participate in ongoing system upgrades and patches as needed to deliver on 'Business As Usual' (BAU) commitments as outlined on the BAU Roadmap. + Develop and implement process improvements, be a resource and advocate for the business partners and work closely with the system administrators and database administrators to perform space planning, monitoring, security, performance tuning, archiving, and upgrade support. + Work closely with user and management to maintain and continually improve the operations, maintenance, and documentation of the systems. + Make recommendations to users and management regarding system expansions, alternative approaches, enhancements, and operational improvements. Advocate for change and assist in the alignment of team initiatives to organizational strategic goals and priorities. We're excited to talk with you if: + You have at least 8 years of experience in a technical role supporting and/or designing application technologies. + You have at least 5 years of experience in distributed client server environments, relational database technology, and the development or configuration of interface software. + You have at least 3 years of experience with ACI Money Transfer System (MTS Wires), aka RTPS. + You have experience in project management (formal or informal) which would include strong time management, prioritization, and interpersonal skills. + You can document and explain complex technical concepts. + You possess both technical and non-technical problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to conceptualize, plan, develop and deliver a variety of creative solutions. + You can identify, develop, and document business requirements, technical requirements, and functional design. + You have in-depth knowledge of formal project methodologies and change control processes. + You have knowledge of AIX, Linux, and Microsoft Windows server environments. Bonus Points If: + You have experience with ISO 20022 PAIN and PACS message formats. + You are familiar with the MTS Video Client, WebUI, and ControlCenter interfaces. + You have experience integrating with and configuring the RGW/SRGW Oracle reporting database. + You are familiar with the Entia database. + You have experience configuring and supporting: UPF, ASI, IISI, and/or RFML interfaces within MTS. Compensation Range: Minimum: $87,570.00 - Mid Point: $125,055.00 - Maximum: $162,540.00 The posted compensation range on this listing represents UMB's standard for this role, but the actual compensation may vary by geographic location, experience level, and other job-related factors.
