Job Description & Requirements Specialty: NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care Discipline: RN Start Date: ASAP Duration: 8 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days, nights Employment Type: Travel 1) NICU RN Variable 12 HR Shifts - Children's WI Fox Valley - Neenah, WIOur Milwaukee and Fox Valley hospitals have both earned Magnet recognition from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), which is awarded for demonstrating sustained superiority in nursing care Contract Length: 8 weeks Start Date: ASAP Guaranteed Hours per Week: 36hrs/wk Primary Location: Children s Wisconsin Fox Valley Campus - Neenah, WIShift Requirements: Variable 12-hour shifts (7p-7a and/or 7a-7p) Float Requirements: floating to peds unit highly preferredOn Call/Call-Back: None, but if picking up extra shifts, could be placed on call or cancelledWeekend/Holiday: Rotate every 3rd weekend depending on time off requested. Holidays as scheduled outside of requested time off.Required Certifications: WI RN License, AHA BLS, and NRPRequired Education: BSNMinimum Experience: Minimum of 3 years (level III or level IV)NICU experience required & PEDS experience preferredNurse to patient ratio: 1:2 or 1:3 depending on acuityNICU is a Level III, 22-bed NICU unitCharting/Equipment: EPIC PreferredHard worker, Resilient and Manages Change well, Social candidates.
