RESPONSIBILITIES:Successfully complete safety training, and demonstrate ability to comply with departmental safety policy and guidelinesParticipate in WF’s 6-S Program (housekeeping)Demonstrate ability to utilize process control documents and Departmental Work Instructions (DWIs)Make electrical adjustments to machinery to insure efficient operationsPerform conduit, wiring, troubleshooting, machine repair, panel building and other duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:Education, equivalent experience, or actively pursuing a degree in Electrical related fieldWillingness to work 2nd or 3rd shiftSolid work historyGood oral communicationsUnderstanding and following instructionsProblem solvingDependable and responsiblePositive work attitudeAbility to adapt to a flexible work schedule, while working without supervisionMust be proficient in the following:Conduit bendingHydraulicsPneumaticsProject layout Troubleshooting Open loop/Closed loop control Robotic troubleshooting/ProgrammingElectrical schematicsWeldingEducation/Experience Requirements:High School Diploma/GED equivalentAssociates Degree in Electrical, Military, Industrial field or equivalentIf selected for consideration, candidates must successfully complete a selection process that includes interviews, aptitude tests, references verification, pre-employment drug screening, a pre-employment physical, and a job function test.BENEFITS:Waupaca Foundry offers competitive wages and exceptional benefits, including:Medical, dental, visionShort and long term disabilityLife insurance401(k)Employer funded retirement planPaid vacations/holidaysWellness programFitness membershipEmployee assistance program (EAP)Employer supported career development, including tuition reimbursementWaupaca Foundry is an equal opportunity employer.
