We are currently looking for highly motivated, passionate, CNC Machinists to join our team. We currently have openings on 1st and 2nd shift. The ideal candidates should have a background of at least 2 – 5 years CNC machining and setup experience, with some programming knowledge. Must be able to interpret blueprints, use inspection equipment, and determine requirements from work orders and other custom supplied data. Knowledge of GD & T preferred.
The CNC Machinists will primarily be responsible for:
- Set-up and operate CNC machines using work orders, blueprints, necessary fixtures and tooling ensuring productivity, quality, and optimum cycle time. May include machines with live tooling and/or multi-axis.
- Understands, interprets and edits basic codes as needed.
- Manufactures parts to tight tolerances.
- Performs inspection of parts per print specifications as required by the Quality department using micrometer, gage pin, block, or other precision measuring equipment used by machinists.
- Performs daily and regular cleaning and light maintenance tasks on CNC Machinery.
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
