Travel Nurse RN - Med Surg - $2,254 per week

Certification Details WI RN License is required for this position. AHA BLS Certification is a must; ACLS preferred. Job Details Registered Nurse for Medical-Surgical position at Aspirus Riverview Hospital. Provides nursing care in accordance with the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Collaborates with healthcare team and patient to provide a high standard of care. Job Requirements WI RN License required. AHA BLS Certification required; ACLS highly preferred. ADN or BSN required. Minimum of 2 years' experience in nursing. Med Surg Experience essential; IMC/step down highly preferred. EPIC charting experience preferred. Schedule Information Contract Length: 13 Weeks. Start Date: ASAP. Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 36 hours. Shift Requirement: 12hr variables. Every other weekend and holiday rotation expected. No on Call/Call Back Requirements. Unit Specific Information Patient ratios on days and PM max of 5 patients (avg 4), nights max of 7. Positive attitude and flexibility with changes essential. Professional-colored scrubs are the uniform requirement. Additional Details 50 MILE RADIUS RULE FROM FACILITY. Auto Offer may be available. Float to alike units within skillset when required. Willingness to float to Aspirus Stevens Point, Plover and Divine Savior as needed. Must be a hard worker, resilient and manage change well. Social candidates are desirable. Ability to manage independently and complete tasks timely.
