Call back would only occur in an emergency situation Requirements: IA /compact license Minimum 2 years experience in specialty area Previous experience working in Critical Access Hospital Required Skillset: Ability to work independently in MedSurg. Must have Critical Access experience. Ability to work in charge nurse capacity as back-up. Previous charge experience BLS ACLS Electronic Medical Record – EPIC charting experience beneficial Other: Float : Critical Access Hospital. Float to like units as needed. Unit Information (Bed size, Case type, Patient ratio): 25 – bed Critical Access Hospital. Med/Surg – 20 beds, OB – 4 LDRP, 1 – post-partum/c-section prep. Average Daily Census: Med/Surg 8 - 10 , majority are skilled care level, OB – average 85 – 90 deliveries per year.
