Physician Assistant Needed in Ohio Near Fort Wayne, IN

Physician Assistant with Trauma experience needed in northwest Ohio with easy and quick access to several metro communities. You will respond to all Trauma activations as the first responding provider to begin work up and evaluation. The provider will conduct any consults for General Surgery and coordinate with on-call physician. Provider must also be available to perform first assist duties for OR cases and round for services / complete admissions. Practice details include: Must demonstrate flexibility with work schedule changes and willing to rotate to provide 24x7 coverage with other Physician Assistants in the program. On-call response time within thirty (30) minutes required. Must have a valid unrestricted PA license for the State of Ohio. BLS & ACLS required, ATLS preferred. Minimum of 3 years recent trauma and/or emergency general surgery experience. Full standard benefits and above MGMA median income Close to Detroit, Cleveland, Chicago, Indianapolis and Columbus OH
