Job Summary

An experienced IT Licensing and Asset Management Manager, the ideal candidate will be well-organized, productive, and able to multitask with limited supervision.
The position is responsible for managing all IT software and IT hardware assets for Consumer Cellular including but not limited to:
Ownership around all Asset Management tool (Service Desk Plus), processes, and procedures
Building and managing relationships with companies that supply products and services.
Interacting with Procurement, Legal, and IT for approval on MSAs/SLAs.
Engage with other Business Units and IT teams for forecasting, planning and execution around IT software and hardware needs.
Providing team, organizational, and executive reporting.
As a management position this role will work to maximize the company and team’s efficiency, productivity, and performance.

Duties and Responsibilities

As a Licensing and Asset Manager, you will collaborate with IT, Finance, and Business Units to provide data analytics and reporting.
Create organizational objectives based on strategic objectives to meet company goals.
Make critical decisions and solve complex and time sensitive issues through creativity and innovation.
Manage the relationships between Consumer Cellular IT and its hardware and software vendors.
Be the point of contact between other internal organizations (such as legal and finance) and IT.
Present demos, collect financial and vendor data, and provide details back to the organization in a timely manner.
Conduct meetings and presentations to report information in a timely manner.
Aptitude to understand IT and customer business needs.
Manage, track, and forecast all IT software renewals, ensuring full utilization and meeting spend targets
Gather critical information for data analysis and compliance review.
Analyze financial and vendor data and provide timely data insights.
Build, standards, procedures, and action items based on the data collected.
Stay up to date and learn new technology in an ever changing, fast paced environment.
Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.

In addition to executing on the above list of duties and responsibilities, this position requires you to provide guidance, direction, mentorship and coaching on the same to your team, as well as, to lead, inspire and support your team in support of growing the businesses.

Education and Experience Requirement

Minimum 4 year / Bachelors Degree in business, Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 3 years working with international technology vendors managing complex contract terms and vendor relationships.
Minimum 3 years experience working in Inventory Asset Management, including managing licensing and renewals for all hardware and Software.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Seasoned in reviewing, drafting, redlining, and negotiating a variety of technology-related agreements, including SOW's, POC's, order forms, amendments, etc. while maintaining tight coordination with Legal, Finance, Procurement/Sourcing, IT, and vendors required.
Ability to work and succeed in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment while demonstrating teamwork and great communication; ability to manage projects independently with limited supervision.
Hands-on technical experience with inventory and asset management tool (Manage Engine Service Desk Plus preferred)
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft OS programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Salesforce, SAP or other ERP/CRM systems.

Pay & Benefits Data (in accordance with the Equal Pay and Opportunities Act)

Minimum Salary: $105,000
Maximum Salary: $157,000

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
