Travel Nurse RN - Med Surg - $1,696 per week

Certification Details Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS Required; NIH Preferred. Job Details 2 years minimum experience required; first-timers may be considered depending on experience level. Patient population includes adults to geriatrics. Patient diagnoses – general MS and possibly inpatient hospice. Charge experience is a plus. No IV Team, Wound Care done virtually, No Cafeteria - Vending machines will have meal options. Parts of Orientation will take place at the Main Augusta campus approximately 3 miles down the road. Ratio / Census: 1:6; 12 Beds. Unit Systems: Epic (Required), Pyxis, SBAR, Spacelabs. Scrub Color: Royal Blue. RTO: MAX 7 days. Weekends: Every other weekend. Floating: Possibility of floating to the Main Augusta campus located approximately 3 miles down the road. Call Requirements: None. Holidays: Work major holidays if they fall within the assignment period. Compliance: Full compliance required to start on time. Job Requirements Experience in MS required and ACLS certification to run any codes until coverage from the ER arrives to the unit. Schedule Information RTO: MAX 7 days. Weekends: Every other weekend. Major Holidays work requirements provided. Unit Specific Information General Skills and Work Setting Requirements: Knowledge of MS and possibly inpatient hospice care. Charge experience preferred. Unit Systems familiarity required: Epic, Pyxis, SBAR, Spacelabs. Requires ability to run codes in MS until ER support arrives due to small facility size.
