If floated outside of specialty, will be utilized as helping hands using general nursing skills to assist nurses with assigned patients. Needing RNs for OB unit 2-yrs experience required. SCHEDULE• Hours: 3x12s, Nights• Weekends: Every other• Call: depending on shifts uncovered for core staffing. OR Cesaran Sections• Rooms/beds: 18• Deliveries: 160-170 per month• Manager will consider first time travelers• EMR: Meditech, GE Perinatal Centricity• Medication system: Omnicell• Communication: SBAR; bedside report• Ratios: per AWHONN standardso 1:1 complication or active laboro 1:3 antepartum stableo 1:1-2 unstable, ill antepartumo 1:3/4 couplet careo 2:1 delivery (1 NRP for baby, 1 for mother)o 1:2-3 NICU level 2 depending on condition.
