Travel Nurse RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit - $2,465 per week

Certification Details Required Certifications: BLS & ACLS. CCRN Preferred but not required. PACU experience preferred but not required. Education Modules: BLS/ACLS/Vent management/Central line care/Medication administration/Policies and procedures. Job Details ICU float to Med surg. This position would be a float position, with a rotating schedule (Nights/Days) between ICU and MS3 to support transitioning med surg staff to ICU. Job Requirements 3-5 years critical care experience. ICU / Critical care, assistance with intubation and vent management, care coordination, management of critically ill/unstable patients, occasional off hours recovery (PACU care). Preferred skillset/experience: 3-5 years critical care experience. Schedule Information Rotating schedule (Nights/Days). Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36. Weekend Hours: 36 (unless otherwise noted): Every Other. Call Requirements: None- May occasionally be offered call. Float Requirements: Yes- To med surg/telemetry. Unit Specific Information Number of Beds: 4. Patient Ratios: 1:2. Equipment: Hemodynamic Monitoring- Philips (Cardiac, respiratory, temp, ETCO2), Glucometer, Plum Pumps 360, PCA/Epidural (Sapphire pumps), Kangaroo pumps, Telemetry. EMR: EPIC. Type of Patients on Unit: >18yo. Personality Fit: Energetic, compassionate, able to work independently and in a team setting, dependable, attention to detail (quality).
