The Account Coordinator position is responsible for the development and maintenance of assigned accounts for the National Precision Bearing Sales group.

- Evaluate customer requirements and communicate with Tech Sales and Sourcing and Inside Sales departments to ensure obligations are met.
- Enter accurate and timely sales orders and purchase requisitions into companys ERP system.
- Monitor web-based customer support portals for contract terms, quality specifications, on-time delivery, and supplier performance information as well as, communicate pertinent information to customer and NPB sales department as appropriate.
- Review customer forecasts and blanket order schedules to maintain required inventory levels.
