RN- Clinical Proceduralist
Position Overview
Alleviant Integrated Mental Health is seeking a RN Clinical Proceduralist to join our LR team. Reporting to the Director of Procedures, the successful candidate will operate within their full scope of practice, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety. This role requires strong clinical leadership, including providing team training, guiding through change, and supervising daily activities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver basic patient care and administer medications while documenting therapeutic effects.
  • Monitor and record vital signs.
  • Start IVs for therapy infusions and assist with patient comfort.
  • Set up procedure rooms and manage inventory and stocking of supplies.
  • Perform TMS treatments following training and conduct follow-up calls with patients.
  • Develop and apply personal organization and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Provide support to other staff members as needed and maintain a professional telephone manner.
  • Check patients in and out and perform other assigned duties.
Director Duties
  • Collaborate with the practice leadership team to set goals for efficient back-office operations, leveraging thorough knowledge of practice operations and procedures.
  • Possess a working knowledge of clinical duties across all positions.
  • Delegate team roles and activities, motivating and developing the team.
  • Implement policies and procedures for direct reports.
  • Exhibit excellent customer service skills and resolve patient concerns promptly.
  • Foster a positive work environment, empowering employees to achieve clinical excellence.
  • Ensure clinical operations remain patient-centered and mission-focused, continuously seeking improvement and best practices.
  • Enforce HIPAA compliance guidelines.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Physical Demands

Educational and Experience Requirements
  • RN or Paramedic certification required.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a healthcare or clinical setting, preferably in a multi-state practice.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within a medical or clinical setting is preferred.
