Travel Nurse RN - House Supervisor - $2,520 per week

Job Details The House Supervisor serves as the onsite administrative representative for clinical and managerial functions during off-shifts, weekends, and holidays. In collaboration with Department Heads, provides leadership, consultation, and collaboration in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment. The House Supervisor is the primary backup for front managers in their absence. Plans for, leads, coordinates, and facilitates the provision of quality care and service from a hospital-wide, shift-specific perspective. The House Supervisor fosters accomplishment of the specific Departments goals and objectives. Responsible for issues related to staffing, patient/family relations, risk management, clinical coordination, patient placement, public affairs and communications, evaluation and mentoring. Ensures appropriate distribution and allocation of supplies/equipment. Provides for adequate numbers and mix of staff to deliver appropriate clinical services to the patients served.
