Additional activities shall include medical services for patients as needed during patient tracers including appropriate documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR). The AIPC certification ensures foundational knowledge and competencies in infection prevention. Nurse specialist shall have the physical ability to perform assigned tasks, are able to lift fifty (50) pounds and are able to stand and walk for extended periods of time. BLS, ACLS required.
